Robinson Concert

 

During a recent Bike, Bible, and Beer ride Rick mentioned how much he loved the music of Phil Driscoll. I told Rick that I used to play a bunch of Phil Driscoll’s songs and now “here we are”.

 

Thank you Rick for inviting me to play.

 

The year was 1984. I was sitting alone in my apartment watching the Grammy’s. Then I experienced a bolt of lightning moment. This kind of odd looking dude grabbed his trumpet and wailed “Amazing Grace”. The experience not only changed the course of my musical life, it boosted my spiritual life.
